Your Clueless subscription is on the Clueless account you checked out with.

If checkout started your free trial, it runs for 7 days. During the trial you get Premium except AI features, such as stylist chat and generated garment photos, which start when your first paid year begins. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends.

What to do next

1. Keep using Clueless in Muse. Muse sees your subscription when it is connected to this Clueless account. Sign in below to check.
2. Using the Clueless app too? Sign in there with the same Apple or Google account. Premium is already on.

If your subscription doesn't show up

Sign in below to check that Muse is connected to the account you subscribed with. In the app, sign in with that same Apple or Google account. A different account will not carry the subscription. If it still is not there, email [email protected] and we will sort it out. Please do not send your card details.

Change or cancel

This subscription is billed in your browser, not through the App Store or Google Play. To change or cancel it, sign in with the Apple or Google account you subscribed with and use Manage subscription.

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout and ask us to cancel. We cancel within one business day and confirm by email. If a charge happens after you asked us to cancel, we refund it in full.
